Aqua Fitness Classes
Aqua Fitness at Cannonvale Swim Centre offers a low-impact workout that builds strength, balance and overall fitness. These structured classes focus on core stability, posture and controlled movement, using the natural resistance of water to boost results. With elements of combat and strength training, each session delivers a full-body workout that’s gentle on the joints but effective for improving muscle tone and endurance.
Suitable for all fitness levels, Aqua Fitness is a great way to stay active in a supportive, social setting. It’s exercise with purpose, helping you move better, feel stronger and enjoy every session.
Our class runs all year round from 8:00am-9:15 am.
